BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Drive Milano di Nemet Andrei is passenger transport company registered in chamber of commerce of Milan Lodi and Brianza, with registered office in Lodi via San Cadamosto 6/D, with the VAT number IT07636820966, operating in the non-scheduled public transport sector, Rental Car with Driver.

These booking terms and conditions (“Booking Terms”) set out the basis on which Generator (as defined below) will provide transportation services at transport provider. By making a Booking (as defined below) the Customer agrees to comply, and to ensure that all Guests comply, with these Booking Terms.
BOOKINGS 

  1. INTERPRETATION

In these Booking Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:
Arrival Date” means the date on which the Guest(s)’ is arriving Milan airport, train station, bus station;
Booking” means the reservation by the Customer for any transportation service detailed in the Booking which is accepted by Generator;
Booking Details” means the details of the Booking including the number of Guests, class of the car required, the Arrival Date and time of the Guest(s), pick up point and final destination.
Charges” means the charges payable by the Customer in connection with the Booking;
Customer” means the person who makes the Booking;
Guest” means the Customer and/or any other people included in a Booking;

Generator” means Drive Milano (registered company number IT07636820966), transport provider

 

  1. BOOKINGS

2.1. Customers can make a Booking:
2.1.1. through via the Website www.drivemilano.com  or by contacting Generator’s staff.

2.2. When making a Booking, Customers will be required to provide identification information including, but not limited to, the name, contact telephone number and email address of the Customer.

2.3. No request for a Booking shall be deemed to be accepted unless and until Generator confirms its acceptance and provides a booking confirmation.

2.4. Generator will use its reasonable endeavours to accommodate any request from the Customer to change the Booking Details. Any request to change the arrival time and dates, increase the number of Guests, change the type of the car or destination, service will be subject to availability and, where the cost for such amended Booking would be different than the original Booking. Generator shall not be obliged to refund any part of the Charges for the original Booking if the cost of the amended Booking is less than the original Booking.

2.5. No Guest may re-sell or transfer all or any part of a booking. Generator reserves the right to cancel any Booking if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Guest is in breach of this clause.

  1. FEES AND PAYMENT 

3.1. Customers will be informed of Additional Charges before they are incurred.

3.2. Bookings will be subject to the Customer making payment of the Charges in full in advance or providing valid debit card or credit card details from which the Charges can be taken at the relevant time in accordance with the Booking Terms of the Booking.

3.3. The following payment methods are accepted by Generator:
3.4.1. Credit and Debit Cards (with the exception of American Express) for Bookings via the Booking Engine.
3.4.2. Cash or Credit or Debit Cards (with the exception of American Express), if the Customer is paying in person on the board (in the car).

3.4.3. PayPal payment for Bookings via the Booking Engine

3.4.4. Stripe payment using the link for the payment, on the request by the Customer for the deposit as 30% from the cost of the entire price of the service cost.

3.5. The Charges include Value Added Tax (if applicable), Stripe and PayPal fees at the time the Booking is made. Should the rate of Value Added Tax be increased, Generator will be entitled to adjust the Charges accordingly.

3.6. The Customer is responsible for any bank charges and foreign exchange fees in relation to payment of the Charges or the Additional Charges. In the event of a chargeback, Generator reserves the right to re-charge the Customer for the costs it incurs.

3.7. Where Generator makes a refund to the Customer, it shall use the same payment method as used for the original payment.

  1. CANCELLATIONS

4.1. The Customer will be informed of the cancellation policy at the time of making the Booking.

4.2. Where the Customer fails to give sufficient notice of cancellation or fails to arrive (no show) airport, train or bus station or any pick-up address, the entire Booking will be deemed cancelled and the Customer must pay the amount equal to the Charges for the full trip/transfer/hourly service. Generator shall be entitled to collect such amount from the Customer’s credit or debit card used to make the Booking without further notice to the Customer.

4.3. Generator may at any time cancel the Booking without liability if:
4.3.1. the payment details provided by the Customer are invalid and the Customer fails to provide alternative valid details;
4.3.2. the information provided by the Customer in relation to the Booking is misleading or false;
4.3.3. Generator reasonably believes that fulfilling the Booking might negatively affect the reputation or operation of Generator due to the fault of the Customer or because the performance of any of Generator’s obligations would expose Generator or the Generator group to civil or criminal proceedings of any kind, whether because the purpose of the stay is unlawful or otherwise; or
4.3.4. Generator repays to the Customer any advance payment made in relation to the Booking.

  1. PRICES

5.1. Generator reserves the right to amend advertised prices at any time. Generator also reserves the right to correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices. Special note: changes and errors sometimes occur. The Customer must check the price of the chosen Transport Arrangements at the time of booking.

5.2. Rates include: fuel and motorway tolls; further expenses (ZTL, ferries, tunnels etc.) will be charged to Customer

5.3. For services that start at the airport, and only if the correct flight code is communicated, the rate includes 60 minutes free from the moment the flight lands, for services that stat in train station is 30 minutes free, while for the hotels the rate includes 15 minutes of free waiting.

5.4. The waiting time following that provided for in point 5.3. will be charged on an hourly basis

  1. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER

7.1. The Customer can cancel without charge provided at least 24 hours before the booked transfer pick-up time. Also the Customer can cancel the reservation up to 24 hours before the pick-up or arrival time. Generator will confirm the cancellation by e-mail.

7.2. If the Customer cancel the booking less than 24 hours before the transfer pick-up or arrival time, will be Charged by 50% of the booking cost, taxes included.

7.3. If the Customer cancel the booking less than 6 hours before the transfer pick-up or arrival time, will be Charged by 100% of the booking cost, taxes included.

7.4. Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to Generator via e-mail: drivemilano@gmail.com, using the details contained on your confirmation email. Please ensure that you have received written confirmation of any changes to your booking prior to travel.

  1. TRANSPORT PROVIDER’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR BOOKING

8.1. Drive Milano as transport provider, accepts responsibility for the actual provision of the Transport Arrangements.

8.2. Drive Milano is responsible to meet the Customer in the airport, train or bus station, hotel or any other pick-up address respecting the stipulated conditions that was specified in the Booking agreement.

8.3. Transport Provider is responsible for providing the class of the car at the date, place and price specified in the Booking agreement.

8.4. Transport Provider is responsible to drive the Customer to the destination specified in the Booking agreement.
